We are the data controller for the information you submit here. We follow UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you complete our quote-request form we collect:

• Your contact details — first name, last name, email address and phone number.
• Your postcode — used to match installers who cover your area.
• Whether you own your home — so installers know if a homeowner’s go-ahead is needed.
• Marketing attribution data — information about how you reached us, such as the campaign source, UTM values, referring page, the landing page you arrived on and advertising click identifiers (for example Google or Meta ad click ids).
• Technical data — your IP address and browser user-agent, collected to help process and protect your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use your details to match you with vetted, accredited local window installers and to pass your enquiry to a matched installer so they can provide the quotes you asked for. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in operating a quote-matching service.

How we will contact you: we (or the matched installer) will contact you by phone, directly in relation to the window quote application you made. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Qualified enquiries may be passed to a matched installer partner so they can prepare and discuss your quotes. We also use trusted service providers who help us host this website and process form submissions on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for administrative, legal and record-keeping purposes — normally up to 24 months from your last contact with us — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Marketing-attribution cookies expire after 90 days (see our cookie policy).

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator.
